	On Feb. 20, Staten Island Borough President James P. Molinaro unveiled two 10 ton fish tanks in the St. George Ferry Terminal. The tanks cost $750, 000. Each fish was individually caught in the Caribbean Sea, and flown in oxygenated bags to New York. SI residents are not happy with the wasted money.
