5 Pointz spans an entire block and is used by a number of artists and businesses. The first floor consists largely of clothing and textile manufacturing, while the rest of the building is used by scultpors, iron workers, and other artists.
The building was previously curated by another company, Fun Factory, but when Meres took it over in 2003, he was determined to "do it better." According to Meres, that meant covering every inch of the building--he's well on his way.
